Hi There,
 

 

Labels can never fully capture the essence of who I am. Still, if I had to try and define myself simply, I would say that I'm Boricua, a Scorpio Sun/Sag Moon, a beautifully complex paradox, and an eternal student of life. I love music, travel, dance, authenticity, spirituality, books, animals, nature, plant medicines, food, astrology, and transformation—these are the threads that weave into the tapestry of my being.

The past decade of my life has been nothing short of a radical metamorphosis. Over the course of this time, I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, left a corporate career that no longer aligned with my spirit, graduated from the first of three yoga teacher trainings, and immersed myself in healing modalities such as Reiki, Breathwork, Marma, and Thai Yoga Therapy. During this time, I said goodbye to a home I loved, faced divorce and heartbreak, and began the process of learning how to navigate my mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis.

These experiences often brought me to my knees, but in the end, they have always lifted me to my highest truth. They guided me to embark on an extraordinary journey of healing and self-discovery in Costa Rica. My study of plant medicine here has solidified my belief that true transformation requires a balance of expansion and integration, learning and embodying, opening and grounding.

​

My calling is clear: to live a life of service and create spaces where others can unravel, feel seen and heard, and rediscover their power to live authentically.

 

We are all healers and our greatest teachers, yet sometimes, we need someone to mirror our greatness and remind us of our inherent wholeness.

 

I believe it is our birthright to live healthy, vibrant, magical, and empowered lives. This is my wish for everyone who crosses my path; it is the heart of everything I do.
