Ways we can work together...
Journeying with plant medicines is one of the most profound and transformational gifts you could ever experience. Within the ceremony space is where 50% of the work takes place. The other 50% happens when you return home.

Weaving what you experienced with plant medicine into your daily life can be perplexing. I can guide you through your integration process and support you as you embody your newfound wisdom.
I practice the Usui System of Reiki Healing, an ancient relaxation and healing technique that uses the Universal life force energy to balance the subtle energies within our bodies.
As a Reiki practitioner, my role is to be a conduit or channel through which Reiki energy can travel.
The intended result of receiving Reiki is a balanced physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.
Our breath is our most powerful medicine. So much so, that Pranayama (prana = energy) is one of the 8 limbs of Yoga, and it mostly employs breathing techniques.
The way I hold space and guide my clients in these sessions is mostly based on a breathwork technique created by David Elliot as a way to help release buried emotions and facilitate healing.
Come breathe with me!
Real change, the meaningful and sustainable kind, requires an integrative approach encompassing our mind, body, and soul.
When we balance these three parts of ourselves, we achieve optimal health and thrive in our daily lives.
I will help guide and support you, creating a safe space for deeper exploration and the unraveling of the truest YOU.
Restorative Yoga Class
I love having the privilege of creating a safe space where women can hang their superwoman cape and allow themselves to feel nurtured and supported, to explore the feeling of embodiment, wholeness, and cozy.

I bring this mindset with me in every single one of my modalities, and my restorative yoga practice is not an exception.
Sacred Spaces Creation
Need help setting up a space that feels yours entirely? Do you feel like you need a space for YOU in your own home? A quiet nook to meditate, practice yoga, read, work, etc.?
I am known for creating cozy, comfortable, sacred spaces by mostly rearranging and repurposing things you already have in your home, office, or business.
